Nagnebang has no security deposit. Residents contribute 10% of their income as a responsibility fee. If you have no income, the minimum is ₩200,000/month — and if that's a stretch, we can work something out together.
Nagnebang is a place to prepare for independence, not to stay indefinitely. We welcome anyone who is willing to pass the room on when they're ready to stand on their own.
